Once the Hub is established and the web site running we will be in a position to expand the offer in several ways.

The obvious one is geographic with Hubs in other major cities feeding into the London offer. However, significant revenues could be generated by exploiting the fundamental basis of the concept, that of it serving one sector exclusively. Property is still the basic for most businesses and social activities

from manufacturing through retail, hospitality, health, education etc right up to the fundamental need for living accommodation. As such the sector touches everyone. The Hub management will be well positioned to identify opportunities for our members to collaborate, invest and lobby for the industry;

Becoming a high profile voice for the sector. Practical and revenue earning opportunities will exist by providing representation at industry events such as MIPIM, SLEEP and other national and international events.
